How to Request Returns
1. Before filling a Return Form, please contact a customer service representative regarding a return at 1-312-856-1188.
2. Go to "My Account" -> "Order History".
3. Find your order Id.
4. Fill and submit a Return Form located on the bottom of the website under Customer Service.
5. We will contact you once we receive your request.
1. For fruits, vegetables, fish, meat and other perishable food, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery regarding the issue. After 24 hours, these items are not refundable.
2. For non-perishable food and non-food products, products can be returned within 7 days of delivery date if there is a quality issue.
3. Please return the invoice together with the goods.
4. When returning a product, include the original packaging and any accessories of the product. If items are missing, then the product will not be fully refunded.
5. Reward points earned or used in an order will be deducted from the account for products returned.
6. Product images for reference only and may differ from the actual product. Due to differences in monitors, colors of products may also appear different than those on the website.
Return shipping instructions
In the event of non-quality related return, refund, replacement freight, customers are responsible for the shipping cost.
We will be responsible for shipping cost if there are quality-related problems.
