Generally, we process deliveries as the order comes in. But you have the option to schedule the delivery up to 24 hours ahead.
The time slots for delivery are just an estimation. Deliveries may take up to 3 hours depending on distance.
The cutoff time for delivery is 4:00PM CST. Any orders placed after 4PM will not be delivered on the same day but you have the option to schedule the delivery for tomorrow.
Please verify that the shipping address is correct. Incorrect addresses will delay or cancel the delivery.
Currently, we are only delivering to a limited area in Chicago. If delivery is out of range, store pickup is available. Pickup is only available at 1835 S Canal Chicago, IL 60616 location.
